PURE EV, an India-based startup, has recently introduced the ePluto 7G PRO electric scooter in the Indian market. This upgraded version builds upon the success of their popular 7G model, which was launched in 2020, and is now available at an attractive price point below Rs 1,00,000. The ePluto 7G Pro comes in three vibrant colors: Grey, White, and Matte Black.

Its standout features include a 3.0KWh battery offering a remarkable range of up to 150km, three distinct driving modes, and more. Interested customers can book the scooter at any PURE EV dealership, with deliveries expected to commence by the end of May.

The ex-showroom price for the ePluto 7G PRO across India has been set at Rs 94,999, although it’s worth noting that pricing variations may exist across different states due to state-level subsidies and regional transport office (RTO) fees.

As for its specifications, the ePluto 7G PRO boasts an AIS 156-certified portable 3.0 KWH battery featuring a smart Battery Management System (BMS) that can be conveniently controlled through a dedicated mobile app with Bluetooth connectivity.

This battery technology has been successfully employed in PURE EV’s ecoDryft motorcycle platform as well. Powering the scooter is a 1.5 KW Motor supported by a 2.4 KW Motor Control Unit (MCU) and a CAN-based charger. It delivers an impressive range of 100km to 150km across three distinct driving modes. With a top speed of 60 KMPH and the assistance of four micro-controllers, the ePluto 7G PRO can accelerate from 0 to 40kmph in just 5 seconds.

Notable additional features include Alloy Wheels, a High Torque Motor, rear suspension, an LED headlamp, a 12-degree gradability, an anti-theft smart lock, ladies’ footrest, and disc brakes. PURE EV takes great pride in its rapidly expanding dealer network, which spans across major cities and towns nationwide. The company aims to establish over 300 touch-points by the end of FY24 to cater to the growing demand for its electric vehicles.
