The much-anticipated MG Windsor EV will go on sale in India finally, on September 11, 2024, . A series of teasers for the future electric CUV have been released by MG Motor India. This time, the business has unveiled a brand-new teaser that highlights the Windsor EV’s full-width panoramic glass roof. This looks to be comparable to the one found on the electric SUV Hyundai Ioniq 5.

The panoramic sunroof covers the roof, making the interior of the MG Windsor appear spacious. For those who don’t know, the Windsor EV is essentially the Wuling Cloud EV under a different name that is sold in foreign markets. This Panoramic Glass is absent from the international specification model. The MG Windsor EV’s ability to wade through water is seen in the previous teaser. The MG Windsor will include the first Aero-lounge seats in India with a 35-degree recline, according to another teaser. MG Windsor EV: Key Features

A sizable 15.6-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system with wireless support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is probably in store for the next Windsor EV. The infotainment unit is used to handle most of the vehicle’s functions, and the dashboard has few switches or buttons.

The Level 2 ADAS suite, a 360-degree surround view camera, six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), hill hold control (HHC), an automated parking brake with an auto hold function, a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and other safety features will be standard on the Windsor EV. The MG Windsor EV will be positioned and sized between the Comet EV and the ZS EV. The new vehicle, which will fight the Mahindra XUV400, Tata Nexon EV, and Tata Curvv EV, will be priced under Rs 20 lakh.

A front-axle mounted electric motor that runs on a 50.6kWh battery pack is anticipated to be available. The total output power and torque are 200Nm and 134bhp, respectively. On a single charge, it should provide an amazing range of up to 500 miles.
