5 new & upcoming all-electric SUVs from Mahindra will change the landscape

Mahindra is pushing ahead with its ambitious electrification agenda, and by October 2026, it hopes to introduce five all-electric SUVs. The company is preparing to change the EV industry, supported by large investments and partnerships. Mahindra’s future electric SUVs offer innovation, power, and eco-friendly performance with a focus on cutting-edge technology and a flexible platform. Each vehicle, from the roomy XUV.e8 to the tough BE Rall-E, exhibits distinctive characteristics and specifications, charting a bold new course for electric mobility in the sector.

Mahindra XUV.e8

The Mahindra XUV.e8 is anticipated to receive a battery pack with a 60–80kWh capacity. Additionally, a dual electric motor arrangement with a potential output of 335 to 389 horsepower is anticipated to be included. Mahindra has additionally stated that the electric SUV will have all-wheel drive.

With the XUV.e8, Mahindra is anticipated to provide a wide range of features, including Level 2+ autonomy, 5G connectivity, over-the-air updates, connected car features with smartwatch compatibility, driver drowsiness detection, a sizable driver display and touchscreen infotainment system, multiple re-gen modes, and more.

Mahindra XUV.e9

It is stated that Blade and Prismatic batteries will be used in the Mahindra XUV.e9, which will be based on the automaker’s INGLO platform. The engine is reportedly between 60 and 80 kW, with a potential output of 170-290 kWh.

A panoramic sunroof, plush interior, OTA updates, big widescreen displays, ADAS, Level 2 autonomous driving, and a roofline modelled after a coupe are all potential features for the Mahindra XUV.e9.

Mahindra BE.05

The BE.05 electric SUV concept has been unveiled by Mahindra ahead of its formal launch in India in October 2025. The BE.05 employs the same INGLO platform as the other vehicles in the BE vehicle series. The BE.05 has the following dimensions: 4,370mm in length, 1,900mm in width, 1,653mm in height, and a 2,775mm wheelbase. The car has two air curtains on the bumper and an Aero Bridge on the bonnet as aerodynamic components to provide a better driving experience.

The interior of the forthcoming car will have a clean design, plush upholstery, and a useful dashboard. Additionally, BE.05 will include over-the-air updates, a head-up display, a panoramic sunroof, and the most recent driving aid technology.

Mahindra BE Rall E

Based on the BE.05 coupe-style SUV concept, the Rall-E has undergone significant design changes to fit its image as an off-road-capable substitute. The BE.05’s spherical, dramatically recessed headlights are replaced by a single slim strip in place of the C-shaped daytime running lights. Mahindra has given it more durable tyres while maintaining the coating on the profile.

The BE.05’s C-shaped taillights are replaced with a single strip, and the rear bumper has an aggressive appearance. A number of accessories, including the roof-mounted carrier, the spare wheel perched on it, and a few jerry cans, complete the vehicle’s off-road appearance.

Mahindra BE.07

The INGLO platform will serve as the foundation for BE.07. This platform is thought to enable battery capacities between 60 and 80 kWh. It’s interesting to note that it also supports 175kW rapid charging, which will enable a 30-minute charge of the battery to 80%. At a later time, the precise technical details of this model will be available.

The SUV is anticipated to come equipped with head-up display, panoramic sunroof, huge touchscreen infotainment system, over-the-air upgrades, premium upholstery, and the most recent driver assistance technology at the time of debut.
