The joint venture between Exeed, owned by the Chery Group, and Tata Motors has expanded significantly, with JLR now utilising two of Exeed’s powerful platforms for their next cars.

The president of Chery Group, Yin Tongyao, has stated that JLR will be the new platform receiver. JLR intends to acquire Exeed’s M3X and E0X systems. According to the deal, JLR will have unrestricted usage of both platforms for their upcoming models, which may be introduced under the Range Rover, Discovery, and Defender brands.
