All-in-One Liquid-Cooled DC Charger:

The company recently developed charger that provides 450 kW of lightning-fast charging. One of the most competitive electric vehicle chargers is the Lotus Eletre R, which can add up to 88.5 miles or 142 kilometres of range with only about 5 minutes of charging. You can charge from 10% to 80% in about 20 minutes.

Liquid-Cooled Power Cabinet:

A modular power cabinet designed for areas like rest stops along highways that need a lot of energy to maximise efficiency and reduce charging times. Its market-leading power output capabilities, reaching up to 480 kW, are provided.

Liquid-Cooled Charging Unit:

This is a charging terminal that has the capacity to simultaneously charge four automobiles when paired with a liquid-cooled power cabinet. With a maximum current output of 600 Amp, the unit can satisfy the demands of every driver of an electric vehicle. For instance, Lotus’ new product offers them a practical alternative if they require a quick top-up while travelling or fast-charging for long-distance driving.

Fast-charging systems from the company have already been implemented in China and are scheduled to be made available in most of Europe and the Middle East by Q2 2024. At the appropriate time, more market availability will be disclosed.

The company is making sure its customers are prepared by offering a 450 kW solution, even as the infrastructure for EV charging gets better over time. With its future-proofed charging option, the company is poised to lead the way in rapid charging once the necessary infrastructure is in place. Once in-market service providers roll out grid upgrades, Lotus customers will be able to quickly upgrade to this power output without incurring additional hardware costs.

“Over the past six years, Lotus has been investing in the technology and infrastructure to accelerate the transition to electrification,” stated Mike Johnstone, Chief Commercial Officer of Lotus Group. Our goal is to make owning an electric car easier than before, and with our most recent products, Lotus is able to give customers the assurance that they can get simple, quick, and effective charging.

“As more governments increase their investment into electrification in their journey to net-zero, the demand for a dependable infrastructure for charging electric vehicles has never been higher than before,” stated Alan Wang, Vice-President of Lotus Technology and CEO of Lotus Flash Charge. In order to satisfy client demands, Lotus has created best-in-class rapid charging solutions that offer a dependable and timely charging experience.
