Godawari Motors has launched the Eblu Feo, an electric two-wheeler, for Rs 99,999 (ex-showroom including FAME-II subsidy). In order to meet India’s growing demand for small-size electric passenger carrier vehicles, the firm now sells electric three-wheelers there. With the release of the Eblu Feo, they are now directly competing with a wide range of other EV manufacturers, including some of the established names in the industry, in the fiercely competitive personal mobility market.
The Eblu Feo‘s retro-inspired design, complete with a spherical LED headlamp, a sizable tail lights, and integrated turn indicators, makes us think of some of the more well-known scooters from the 1990s. It also has a wide footrest that is reminiscent of vintage scooters from that time period and was made for the typical side-legged pillion seating of the day.
Godawari Eblu FEO Features
With regards to features, the scooter comes equipped with a 7.4-inch digital colour display, ride modes, a reverse mode, a side stand indicator, Bluetooth connectivity with navigation support, regenerative braking, and a helmet reminder. The scooter, according to Godawari, has a top speed of 60 kmph and a range of up to 110 km on a single charge. The scooter has CBS-equipped front and rear disc brakes.
The scooter has a lithium-ion battery pack that is 2.52 kWh in size. According to Godawari, using the 60V home charger that comes with the scooter, the battery can be fully charged in 5 hours and 25 minutes.
Godawari claims that the scooter is intended for families, despite the fact that it just has a hook for a grocery bag and a few cubby holes for storage. Due to the battery taking up room under the seat, there is no storage space available.
Beginning on August 23, deliveries for the new Eblu Feo electric scooter will be made.
