WardWizard, a manufacturer of electric two-wheelers under the brand “Joy e-bike,” has introduced the new-generation Mihos EV for Rs 1.49 lakh (ex-showroom, India). This will be a fast electric scooter made of highly durable Poly Dicyclopentadiene (PDCPD). The electric scooter has a 2.5 kWh capacity and is powered by a 74V40Ah Li-Ion battery with Nickel Manganese Cobalt chemistry. The EV can travel up to 100 kilometres on a single charge and accelerate from 0 to 40 kilometres per hour in less than 7 seconds.

The bike is equipped with a twin-disc brake with an electronic braking system that aids in stopping the vehicle in the shortest amount of time. The EV’s seat appears to be wider and longer, with a height of 750mm and a longer wheelbase of 1,360mm. The electric scooter measures 1,864mm long, 700mm wide, and 1,178mm tall. It has front telescopic suspension and rear mono-reversible spring suspension.
In terms of features, the EV receives the Joy E-connect app, reverse mode, antitheft, and a slew of others to improve usability and safety. It also includes a hydraulic combi-braking system and a side stand sensor (CBS). The electric scooter is available in a variety of colours, including glossy yellow, pearl white, black glossy, and metallic blue. It can also transport up to two riders at once. Bookings for the electric scooter will be accepted at all of the company’s 600+ authorised dealerships beginning January 12.
Rockefeller Electric Bike
The Rockefeller Electric Bike was also unveiled by the EV manufacturer at the Auto Expo 2023. The concept motorcycle is expected to arrive in India by the end of fiscal year 24. The Joy Rockefeller e-bike will have a range of 70 kilometres. Some of the electric bike’s features include hydraulic brakes, vehicle tracking, geo-fencing, remote deactivation, and audio playback.
Joy E-rik Electric Rickshaw
This electric vehicle will revolutionise passenger transportation. Joy E-rik has a top speed of 55km, seating for three passengers, and an average mileage of 85km. The car also has IoT smart features, an IP 67-rated battery pack, a sturdy structure, a Digital cruiser, and a Combi Drum break (front-rear).
