- Tata Tiago EV (Rs. 8.69 lakh to Rs. 12.04 lakh, ex-showroom).
The Tiago EV is the least expensive Tata EV available. Choose between 19.2kWh and 24kWh battery packs, both of which are offered in medium and long-range models. These are available in the XE, XT, XZ Plus, and XZ Plus Tech models and have ranges of 250 and 315 kilometers that have been certified by MIDC.
- MG Comet EV (ex-showroom, from 7.98 to 10.63 lakh rupees).
The MG Comet is the tiniest and arguably oddest-looking electric vehicle (EV) available today. It features two doors, a tech smorgasbord inside, and comes in four colors and a variety of customization options.
The single electric motor system generates 41 horsepower and 110 Nm of peak torque using electricity from a 17.3 kWh battery pack. The electric vehicle’s claimed range is 230 kilometers, and a 3.3 kW charger can fully charge the vehicle in seven hours.
- Citroen eC3 (ex-showroom, from Rs. 11.50 to Rs. 12.68 lakh).
The eC3 is the electric variant of the ICE C3, as its name suggests. Along with the feature list, it also shares the majority of its exterior appearance and cabin layout with its siblings. A floor-mounted 29.2kWh lithium-ion battery powers the electric motor, enabling it to produce 56 horsepower and 143 Nm of torque.
According to Citroen, the eC3 can go 320 kilometers with a full charge. The electric hatchback has both a 15 amp wall box charger and DC fast charging, which can charge the battery from 10% to 80% in 57 minutes.
- Tata Tigor EV (Rs. 12.49 – 13.75 lakh rupees, ex-showroom).
Along with the Tiago EV and Nexon EV, the Tigor is the second electric car sold. It has the same long-range battery pack as the Tiago EV and is an electric car. According to the ARAI test cycle, it produces 74 horsepower and 170 Nm of torque and claims to go 315 kilometers. Currently, the Tigor EV is the sole electric vehicle available in the compact sedan market.
- Mahindra XUV400 (Rs. 15.99 lakh to Rs. 19.19 lakh, ex-showroom).
With EC and EL models that represent two distinct iterations of range and power, the XUV400 competes against the Nexon EV. Although it resembles the conventional XUV300 nearly exactly, the 148 horsepower and 310 Nm of torque it is configured to produce are supplied by a 39.4kWh battery pack.
The XUV400 competes with vehicles like the MG ZS EV, Hyundai Kona Electric, and Nexon EV facelift with a stated electric range of 456 kilometers.
