Upcoming Hyundai Creta EV Spied once more

The Hyundai Creta EV will be the company’s first “high-volume” electric car in India when it debuts in 2025. The Tata Curvv EV and the soon-to-be Maruti Suzuki eVX will be its rivals. Some of the model’s details have been made public by the model’s appearance during different testing stages. An interior photo of it just surfaced online, showing “CRETA Electric” embossed on the seat upholstery and a new circular 3-spoke steering wheel in place of the flat-bottom unit.

Much of the interior, though, is still reminiscent of the ICE Creta, including the center console and the dual-screen configuration (10.25-inch infotainment system and instrument cluster).Dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, and Hyundai’s BlueLink-connected automotive technology are just a few of the important amenities that the EV is anticipated to keep from its ICE cousin.Additionally, it is anticipated to have an 8-way power-adjustable driver seat, rear AC vents, USB charging outlets, keyless entry, cruise control, an electric parking brake with auto-hold, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear knob.

Additionally, safety features including hill-start assistance, electronic stability control, day and night IRVM, and six airbags will remain. While keeping the same dimensions as the ICE version, the Creta EV will have minor visual changes, such as a closed-off grille, updated bumpers, and new alloy wheels. A 45kWh battery and an electric engine with 138 horsepower and 255 Nm of torque would power it, according to media reports, and it should have a range of at least 350 kilometers.
