The plant, which occupies 5 lakh square feet, has the capacity to create 36,000 electric 3-wheelers annually. The manufacturing facility, which cost Rs 100 crore to build, features an automated assembly line connected by a special manufacturing execution system (MES) that tracks a vehicle’s lifecycle from production to delivery to improve production efficiency.A full-length testing track, fully compliance shower testing, and dynamometer testing for determining a vehicle’s rotational speed, torque, and power are among the amenities the facility offers for testing electric vehicles. The founder and CEO of Euler Motors, Saurav Kumar, commented on the current development, saying, “Strong local production and localized innovation are the only ways to fully realize the ongoing transformation in the mobility segment in India.”

The facility not only serves as an example of the government’s “Made in India” effort, but it also introduces cutting-edge features and technological innovations to the commercial EV production sector.”Palwal was obviously the ideal location for us, with such a strong supplier network in the vicinity,” he continued. This state-of-the-art facility will let us respond to the rising customer demand and adapt to changes in processes and products with agility and flexibility as we expand into new markets and seek to achieve 15 percent growth in FY25. Additionally, it will solidify the business’s standing as a reliable and prominent participant in the Indian commercial EV market.

The establishment of a new production plant in Palwal is expected to create employment opportunities and enhance the industry. Currently, the facility employs over 500 people, with women making up 20% of the workforce. It makes sure that its staff is well-trained by operating a specialized learning and development center called Kamar-Taj, especially considering the skills gap in the production of electric vehicles.
