Maruti eVX competitor Hyundai Creta EV was spotted on one more time

The Hyundai Creta EV is one of the most anticipated debuts; it has been seen being tested multiple times. Test shots of the Hyundai Creta EV are still being taken, and the previous pictures have provided some important information about the SUV. The most recent spy photos reveal a fully concealed test mule of the battery-powered Creta, most likely being shot tested in or near Pune considering the vehicle’s registration.

Hyundai Creta EV: Design & Specifications

While it is difficult to tell exactly what they look like, we anticipate that the Creta EV will resemble its fossil fuel-powered predecessor in most aspects. Recall that earlier this year, the Creta had a thorough renovation that included an entirely new design. This suggests that the all-electric Creta will probably sport a similar split lighting configuration up front, with projector LED headlights mounted on the bumper and broken DRL components on top. According to sources, the 45kWh battery pack that powers the Creta EV will provide about 136 horsepower and 255 Nm of torque.

Compared to the MG ZS EV and Maruti Suzuki’s planned eVX, the battery pack is smaller. According to some reports, the Creta will likely run 500 kilometres on a single motor arrangement from the Kona. The electric motor of the Creta EV is the same as that of the most recent generation of entry-level Kona Electric vehicles available for purchase abroad. This indicates that a single motor arrangement producing 136 horsepower and 255 Nm of torque will power the front wheels. The Creta EV is anticipated to share the same platform as its ICE-powered brother, in contrast to the eVX.
