The manufacturer will also provide e-mobility options through the agreement Mahindra- Adani to give customers access to the charging network. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed by Adani Total Energies E-Mobility Ltd (ATEL) with Indian manufacturer Mahindra & Mahindra. The MOU calls for building an infrastructure for charging electric vehicles all over India. The manufacturer will also provide e-mobility options through the agreement to give customers access to the charging network.

The firm is aggressively onboarding many partners to expand the electric car ecosystem and promote the adoption of electric vehicles, all in keeping with its mission to improve customer experience through its partner network.
According to Adani Total Gas Executive Director & CEO Suresh P. Manglani, customers will be more inclined to accept EV technology as part of the energy transition as a result of the partnership with M&M for the charging infrastructure.
“Together, such steps will help reduce carbon emissions, and help India meet its climate action goals,” he stated.
An agreement was reached in December 2023 between Tata Power EV Charging Solutions and India Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) for the installation of over 500 fast and ultra-quick electric vehicle (EV) charging stations throughout India. Tata Power plans to deploy EV charging stations in a number of IOCL retail locations. The EV charging sites, according to the firms, would be placed along important routes including the Mumbai-Pune Motorway, Salem-Kochi Highway, Guntur-Chennai Highway, and the Golden Quadrilateral, as well as in major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Pune, and Kochi.
Tata Power currently holds a sizable market share of around 60% in the electric car charging industry, making it a clear leader in this field. With over 420 cities in its vast nationwide network, they provide a wide range of charging options, including as 4,900 public and semi-public charging stations, 430 bus charging stations, and over 62,000 home chargers.
