Tata Nexon EV Facelift prices in India at Rs 14.74 lakh: Features, Options, and more

The Tata Nexon EV facelift is now available from Tata Motors, with prices beginning at Rs. 14.74 lakh (ex-showroom) and going as high as Rs. 19.94 lakh (ex-showroom). These introductory rates are only available while supplies last. This electric SUV has got a thorough makeover, including an updated interior, new electric powertrain, and new exterior styling. Tata Motors has already sold more than 53,000 Nexon EVs, and the facelift is intended to increase this number.

Along with its internal combustion engine counterpart, which starts at 8.10 lakh rupees (ex-showroom), the 2023 Tata Nexon EV facelift makes its premiere. The Tata Curvv concept serves as design inspiration for the EV version, just like it did for the ICE-powered Nexon makeover. But thanks to its distinctive characteristics, such as a redesigned air dam and a full-width LED light bar, the EV stands out significantly from the fossil fuel-powered variant. Empowered Oxide, Pristine White, Intensi Teal, Flame Red, Daytona Grey, Fearless Purple, and Creative Ocean are the seven exterior color options available.

For the first time, the new EV has a V2L functionality that lets you power up your appliances or even charge other EVs.  It goes without saying that Tata loaded the Nexon EV with amenities like intelligent DRLs, digital steering and shifters, a 12.3-inch infotainment system with the Arcade.ev app suite, a JBL nine-speaker audio system, and safety features like six airbags, SOS calls, a 360-degree camera, auto hold, hill control, ESP with iVBAC, and more. The Tata Nexon EV has an ex-showroom starting price of Rs 14.74 lakh and goes up to Rs 19.94 lakh. These introductory rates are only available while supplies last. The battery and motor of the new Nexon EV are covered by an eight-year or 160,000 mile warranty from Tata, which prospective customers should be aware of. The Tata Nexon EV facelift also includes V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) and V2V (Vehicle-to-Vehicle) technologies, making it possible for the car to charge other electric vehicles as well as run electrical appliances.

Performance of Tata Nexon.ev in 2023

A 40.5 kWh liquid-cooled IP67 battery pack with a 465km range is provided for the Tata Nexon EV. With 143 PS and 215 Nm of power, the car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.9 seconds. Additionally, it has a provision for vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-load charging, turning your Nexon EV into a battery pack.

2023 Tata Nexon.ev: Charging

Similar to the previous model, the new Tata Nexon Electric SUV offers a variety of charging options:

The 7.2kW AC house Wallbox Charger can charge the battery from 10% to 100% in 4.3 hours for the Medium Range version and 6 hours for the Long Range version. It may be put in your house or place of business. The battery can be charged from 10% to 100% using the AC Home Wallbox Charger in 10.5 hours for the Medium Range and 15 hours for the Long Range. Tata Power and other EV companies installed DC fast chargers, which can charge a battery from 10% to 100% for both medium and long-range EVs in 56 minutes.

Portable Charger 15A The charger that comes with the car can charge the battery from 10% to 100% in 10.5 hours for medium-range vehicles and 15 hours for long-range vehicles. It may be used in any 15A power outlet.
