Ola Roadster Electric Motorcycle: Range, Price, and Launch Date in India

Recently, Ola Electric unveiled its forthcoming series of Ola electric motorcycles. They came in the shapes of a Cruiser, Adventure, Diamondhead, and the Ola Roadster, a sportbike with a futuristic appearance. All of them have angular, sporty, futuristic designs.

Almost no specification information was revealed, and very few bike-specific details were disclosed. However, each of the four electric bikes has a futuristic design philosophy and, in terms of overall design silhouette and intended usage pattern, represents the core of the category.

Price Of Ola Roadster In India

There is competition between manufacturers of electric vehicles and bikes since everyone wants electric bikes and cars in the current world. OLA Electric has displayed four of its forthcoming bikes in this competition, with the Roadster having a crisp appearance that is both sporty and futuristic.

The other bikes are the Cruiser, Diamondhead, and Adventure, and they all have a futuristic appearance. On the Ola Electric website, you can only view the 360-degree photograph of the Ola Roadster Bike; no other information is available. The Ola Roadster Bike Price in India can only be expected to cost in the range of Rs 2.50 lakh.

Speed of an Ola Roadster bike

The Ola Roadster Bike Top Speed has not yet been released by the manufacturer; only its initial appearance has been seen. The average top speed of an electric bike is between 100 and 120 kilometres per hour, but the Ola Roadster Bike has the fastest top speed of all electric bikes at 188 kilometres per hour, and it also has the longest range.

However, the price of this bike is also quite exorbitant at 3.15 lakh, and when compared to that, the top speed of the Ola Roadster cycle can reach 150–160 kmph. This may be the bike’s top speed, but in order to travel at this speed, the road must be clear and empty.

Ola Roadster Bike Range

Even though we are aware that many bikes already have a range of 200–250 km at their slowest speed. As a result, the Ola Roadster’s range can be greater than 300 km at a specific speed on a single charge. You will receive a speed charger for this bike, allowing you to charge it quickly and anywhere.

As a result, you must place the bike for overnight charging with the regular charger even though you are not required to leave it there. The Ola Roadster bike will also have an LED display with a speedometer, fuel gauge, and all other signals that are often displayed alongside a speedometer.

Date of the Ola Roadster bike launch

This Ola bike is now being produced, and it will take some time to produce enough of it to meet the demand of the Indian electric market. This bike can be introduced at the end of 2024, in November or December, and online pre-orders will open three to four months beforehand.

The bike will cost roughly 2.50 lakh when it is launched, and it is anticipated that the on-road pricing will be higher. As a result, the on-road cost of this Ola Roadster Bike is somewhere about 3 lakh. Wait till the company announces the price on their official website to find out the actual price.

Mileage for the Ola Roadster

This Ola Roadster bike won’t require any petrol to operate because it is entirely electric. This bike will have a range of around 300 km on a single charge and will take 6–8 hours to fully recharge using a regular charger. You must therefore be aware of the bike’s nighttime electric unit consumption, which may just be two or three units.

Therefore, we may conclude that this bike will only require 30 to 50 rupees to travel 300 kilometres. If we assume that it will cost Rs 50 to fully charge the Ola Roadster Bike, then the per-kilometer cost will just be Rs 0.2. If you charge electric bikes and autos at home, they only require this many units to charge fully. This is the mileage on the Ola Roadster cycle, and if you drive it, you will only need a few years to recoup the purchase of the bike.
