Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV is finally being delivered to its buyers homes

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV is now being delivered to customers in India by Hyundai India. The electric SUV was introduced in January of this year at Auto Expo 2023. The eSUV was available for pre-orders beginning in January and has a starting price of 44.95 lakh (ex-showroom). A one lakh rupee booking fee was charged to purchasers. The SUV is now being delivered by the company.

Three colour choices are available for the Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV: White, Black, and an exclusive Matte Silver. The eSUV is based on Hyundai’s Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP), which is the sibling of the Kia EV6.

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV is 4635 mm X 1890 mm X 1625 mm in size and has a 3,000 mm wheelbase. Six airbags (driver and passenger, side and curtain), a virtual engine sound system (VESS), an electric parking brake (EPB), all four disc brakes, a multi collision-avoidance brake (MCB), and a power child lock are all available safety features on electric vehicles.

With a 350kw DC charger, the Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV has an ultra-fast charging capacity of 10% to 80% in just 18 minutes. To cut down on wait times at charging stations, it has a multi-charging system with 400V and 800V multi-charging. It has a range of 631 km, which has been certified by ARAI, and is powered by a high-power battery of 72.6 kWh.

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV includes a three-year free Bluelink subscription in addition to more than 60 connected car features. Bluelink services and connected solutions, including voice assistant, remote services, SOS/Emergency assistance, low tyre pressure notification, location-based services and more, will be available on the Hyundai Ioniq 5.
