Revamp Moto, a Nashik-based startup, Backed by Shark Tank, has introduced the “RM BUDDIE 25” electric vehicle. The most fascinating aspect of this launch is that it occurred in a 3D virtual realm known as Metaverse.
The company’s seeds were seeded in September 2020 by three founders, Jayesh Tope, Pritesh Mahajan, and Pushkaraj Salunkhe, who were committed to the aim of eco-friendly mobility. They wanted their vehicle to be strong enough to handle the rough roads of India without breaking down.
The first consequence of collective thought was RM-Mitra, and its blueprint was laid in December 2020, with the final prototype developed in April 2021. The founders and crew did not stop there; instead, they pursued other options, which resulted in the establishment of a modular utility platform.
Feature & Technical Specifications of Revamp “Buddie 25”:
- Buddie 25 can offer a range of 70 km with a top speed of 25 kmph.
- The EV takes 2 hours and 45 minutes for charging from 0-100% The load capacity of Buddie 25 is 120 kg.
- The additional attachment of Buddie 25 is a carrier, grab handle, insulated box, saddle bag and stay, and a child seat.
- Buddie is available in five colors namely Billionaire’s Blue, Royal Red, Wealthy White, Oscar Orange, and Grand Grey.
- Buddie’s additional features are Auto Headlamp, a portable and waterproof battery, and safe on difficult terrains.
The business introduced another model, the RM 25, which is a low-speed, high-acceleration micro-mobility vehicle. In September 2022, the name of RM 25 was changed to “RM Buddies 25.” The nicest thing about Revamp’s Buddie 25 is that it does not require any registration.
