MG4 EV launched in Australia: Know All Details

In the United Kingdom, the MG4 is available at prices comparable to ICE options like the VW Golf. This affordability has contributed to impressive sales figures for the MG4 in the UK, with MG experiencing record sales in the first quarter of 2023. During this period, MG was the second bestselling electric car manufacturer, with only Tesla selling more EVs.

MG’s overall new car registrations, including ICE vehicles, increased by a remarkable 49.4% compared to the same period in 2022, and the brand now holds a 9.4% market share in the electric car segment. MG’s success can largely be attributed to the popularity of the MG4 EV, which offers style, practicality, and excellent value for money. In the UK alone, over 5,200 units of the MG4 have been delivered in 2023, making it one of the top-selling electric cars.

The MG4 Excite is an electric car model offered by MG Australia.

It boasts a range of up to 450 km (WLTP) and starts at $44,990 AUD ($29,886 USD). The car features rear-wheel drive, a 64 kWh battery, and comes with a 7-year unlimited km warranty. It includes a 10.25-inch infotainment system with MG iSmart app connectivity and automatic LED headlights and rear lights.
